I’m not sure what initially sparked our interest in this period. Possibly the board game  “Kingmaker” with its intrigue and double dealing. Although we have figures from Front Rank in our collections the bulk come from the excellent plastic and metal ranges produced by the Perry’s.

Suitable rules have been a challenge. We have tried a few including the recently produced “Test of Resolve” by Tim Couper & David Knight who also produce especially useful scenario books. We have now settled on using Kev’s own War of the Roses Fast Play rules which are a period specific modification of his published core rule sets. Whether he decides to publish these in the future, only he knows.
