You cannot really embark upon wargaming the Napoleonic period in a half-hearted way. The armies were vast, colourful and included many nations. I started with a smattering of British and French but over time grew to over 4,000 28mm figures from most forces involved in the conflicts over the years. My largest army by far are the Russians. Kevin has painted up a very impressive Prussian army. We have yet to expand into Napoleon in Egypt or the Peninsular Campaign with the majority of our conflicts taking place in Western Europe and Russia. Figures are mostly Wargames Foundry, Front Rank, Calpe, Perry and some of the smaller manufacturers who full the gaps.
